Next Stop: Advanced



Today I finally finished my basic level performance certification at CrossFit H.E.L. Everything on the list is pretty, well, "basic," but it is a necessary stepping stone on the way to the advanced level, which is what I will be working towards over the next 4-6 weeks. Wish me luck!
